COVID-19 and Social Justice
For my senior project, I focused on accessibility, inequities, and the increased number of individuals suffering from mental health disorders, such as depression or anxiety, and the effects since March 2020, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
This project was done during my undergraduate studies at California State University, Dominguez Hills for Dr. Brant Burkey.

The COVID-19 pandemic revealed inequities and limited access to mental health services and resources. Now, individuals are finding activities and remedies outside of therapy to ease anxiety, depression, and burn-out.
